I’ll be playing two shows in Europe in August. On August 4th we’ll be playing at the Dekmantel Festival in Amsterdam. On August 5th we’ll be playing an open air Gary Numan show at the beautiful OLT Rivierenhof venue in Antwerp. That one will be quite special. Tickets are here.

I will be trying something a little different in October as I’m going out on an 8 date tour of the UK to play an all acoustic set. During the Covid lockdown I got together with the band with the intention of recording some acoustic versions of a few songs as we weren’t able to play live. My idea at the time was to put out some rather basic, home made videos of us playing the songs to give fans something different while we waited for the emergency to be over. That idea didn’t really work out but I did learn that some of the songs worked far better acoustically than I’d ever imagined they would, and the idea for this tour started to form. It really will be a very different type of show to anything I’ve ever done before. It will definitely be calmer 🙂

I’ll be going out on a North American tour with two legendary bands, Ministry and Front Line Assembly, straight after the London shows in April. These are primarily Ministry shows with FLA and me as guests. However, I’ll also be playing several of my own headline gigs in amongst the Ministry shows.

General tickets for the Ministry shows, and all Gary Numan shows, will go on sale on Friday, Feb 10th at 10am local time.

In my career I have played, so far, 997 Gary Numan shows. To celebrate reaching the 1,000 milestone I’ll be playing three shows, 998, 999, and 1,000, at the Electric Ballroom in London on April 13th, 14th and 15th. These will obviously be special nights for me for that reason alone but made all the more so as my daughter Raven will be the support. Raven has finished writing her first album which is currently being recorded with, and produced by, Ade Fenton. For me to be able to celebrate these three momentous shows with the fans who have made it all possible, and for those same nights to be Raven’s first ever three shows playing her new music, is almost more than my tiny heart can stand.
