2026 sees the publication of Gary Numan – A People’s History by Spenwood Books of Manchester, UK.
This oral history will tell Gary’s story through the words of fans, friends and collaborators. Spenwood want to hear your memories, whether it’s seeing Gary in concert, having a favourite song or talking about your album collection. You might have been a fan since the beginning, or you might just have discovered Gary and his music.

Stories should be around 400-500 words in length. Every submission will receive an acknowledgement from the book’s editor, and as we approach publication they’ll let you know if your story has made it into the book.
